Tadalafil is the drug widely being used for treating Erection Dysfunction or impotence disorders in males. The drug was originally developed by the biotechnology enterprise known as ICOS but thereafter it was developed and sold in the markets across the world by the joint venture of ICOS and Eli Lilly & Company under the brand name of Cialis. This is the only prescription drug under Erectile Dysfunction class in tablet form which has been clinically proved for rapid effects in just 30 minutes in some peculiar cases. The effect of the drug is believed to last up to 36 hours after taking on the empty stomach.

Tadalafil – Cialis is not a cure for Erectile Dysfunction-ED anyway but as per the clinical studies the drug is said to improve:
